- The total project cost should be available on your bill, customer agreement, or in your customer portal. The purchase price should be found on the first page.
- If you can’t track down the documents or still have questions, call or email customer support and we’ll send you a copy.
Fill out IRS Form 5695
- Enter the cost on the appropriate line, “18” for attic insulation
